About This Project

Kurrajong Waratah, a local organisation established in 1957 with the aim of meeting the needs of people with a disability and their families, partnered with Eastern Riverina Arts, the peak body for arts and cultural development across the Eastern Riverina in 2013 to enable local artists to collaborate with a member of the community with a disability and produce an exhibition entitled ‘8 Artists’.

By working on this project together with Sarah McEwan, Curator of 8 Artists, I was given the opportunity to piece together the artists’ progress, profiles and finished products in a publication that encapsulated the message and intent of the exhibition to the audience.
